Temor vintage light red and subtle yellow20th century Afghan rug in excellent condition, with a hatchli (hatchlu) design of compartments and motifs in the central field. The colours are an overall dark red with motifs in brown and plum and cream accents. The pile is thick, lustrous and reflects the light so that the pattern remains in the background except under direct overhead light. The overall effect is rich and subtle.
